		<description>Funny...I was just talking about this very thing with my classes on Friday.  It&#039;s often a challenge to teach the Cold War to high school kids----they are about as interested as they are in the Franco-Prussian War (yes, yes, makes one feel OLD)....but when I told they can blame the USSR for having to take science, math and MCAS, it did get their attention!</description>
